Some researchers believe laughter just might be the best medicine to help you become more energetic, sleep better, and achieve your bikini-body goals.
Of course, this is much easier said than done. After all, you can’t solve all your problems by LOL. That said, laughter can help you battle anxiety, boost serotonin, and release endorphins, all of which will create a happier mood, healthier mind, awarding you with healthier looking skin, more energy and – get this: a slimmer waist.
“I believe that if people can get more laughter in their lives, they are a lot better off, healthier and have slimmer bodies,” says psychologist Steve Wilson.
