Mysterious Stealth Bomber Revealed by The Pentagon

The first U.S. stealth bomber took flight almost 30 years ago. Now, the Air Force’s aging fleet is primed for a complete, expensive makeover. But the development of the next generation of stealth bombers has been shrouded in mystery.

The Air Force revealed that an “invisible” Long Range Strike Bomber (LRS-B) is in the works and hopes to integrate them into the fleet by the mid-2020s, CNN reports.

Pentagon officials have called the new strike bomber “critical to national security and nuclear deterrence”, while stressing the importance of keeping its capabilities secret.

Wow. It looks like an alien craft. I wonder if it will have cloaking technology.

What do you think? Should the U.S. invest so much in this new stealth bomber? Please share your opinion in the comment section below!
