There’s nothing more disheartening than not having food to eat, or a place to call home. Unfortunately, millions of people around the globe are hungry and homeless.
In an effort to support a project aimed to help impoverished communities in the U.S. and abroad, comedian Jack Black teamed up with Red Nose Day, and traveled to Uganda.
Once there, Black took a glimpse into the impoverished life of Felix, a homeless 12-year-old who relies on anything he can collect from the streets.
In the video below, produced by NBC, Felix told Black that his mother died and he never met his father. He has siblings, but has no idea where they are. Listening to this young boy brought the usually smiling funny man to tears.
