What Matthew Hofmann has done with his trailer, set in the Santa Barbara Auto Camp, shows that you don’t need a sprawling mansion in order to live large. While his home may only have 125 interior square feet, that’s all he needs to live comfortably.
Hofmann owns five trailers, renting out four of them and living in the last one, which he transformed to make it feel like a real home, including “residential style” fixtures like clawfoot tub and Brazilian Koa wood floors. But perhaps what we love most about this domestic renovation is the freedom from “stuff” that it offers. We’re totally sold on the simplicity of his lifestyle!
Impressive! Isn’t it? What did you think? Would you ever live in a tiny home like this? Please share you thoughts in the comments section below.
