The second they started dancing, much of the crowd was left in amazement at the level of skill this couple displayed.
Valmir and Juzinha are two of the dancers at the annual Forro de Domingo Festival in Europe, a huge festival of dancers surrounding one of the many styles of song and dance in Brazil: Forro.
Forró is danced in pairs with the man’s left hand holding the woman’s right hand, usually very close together. With many influences from samba and Caribbean dances, this style is filled with fast and fluid movement between the two dancers. Whether you’re watching or dancing to this style, there’s no doubt it’s going to be fun.
