THIS Very ‘Intimate’ Activity Can Reduce a Man’s Chance Of Getting Cancer, Study Reveals

In 2015, almost 27,540 deaths were due to prostate cancer in the U.S. alone. But a recent study just released by the Harvard Medical School revealed the one way that men can significantly reduce their risk of getting this kind of cancer.

The research found that “those who had an orgasm at least 21 times a month had a 22% lower risk of getting prostate cancer.”

While the health benefits are many, researchers explained that “cancer-causing chemicals are possibly flushed from the prostate after ejaculation.” The more times a man does this, the better his chances are that he’ll be rid of potential disease contributors, according to researchers.

“The more sperm is released and replaced, the less likely old cells build up in the prostate and turn cancerous,” Harvard Professor Jennifer Rider told The Independent.

According to the paper, Rider said: “These data are the most compelling to date on the potential benefit of ejaculation on prostate cancer development,” Then added: “Given the lack of modifiable risk factors for prostate cancer, the results of this study are particularly encouraging.”
