We all experience aches and pains from time to time, especially as we get a little bit older. But living with constant chronic pain is one of the worst things that can happen to anyone.
For eighty-five-year-old Anna Pesce, pain was a daily challenge that almost ruined her life. For the past few decades, Pesce suffered from hunchback-like posture, the result of a herniated disc, scoliosis and osteoporosis, which weakens the bones and can lead to curvature of the spine.
Because of her condition, she even had to be carried up and down the stairs. It seemed like her life was bound to be in a wheelchair. But then, Pesce what decided that she was going to give yoga a got shot. of first, the difficult poses were painful, but we time, she began to get more comfortable, limber and stronger.
Soon she began to learn how to combat what a specific pain she was going to. And within a period of two months the fearless 85-year-old achieved a drastic transformation.
