Picture this scenario for a moment: You are walking in the park, minding your own business, when all of the sudden you spot a little girl who seems to be in trouble. But when you rush to help you notice something really disturbing: she is pregnant.

What would you do in this situation? The idea of a pregnant preteen might sound absurd, but it happens more than you might think. The youngest recorded pregnancy was in 1933 when a Peruvian girl gave birth at just 6 years old, according to Livescience.
