A shocking footage has surfaced online showing the dramatic moment Miami police officers gun down an unarmed shirtless man at close range on Saturday morning. .

“Officers responded to a 911 call around 10:30am local time reporting a bank robbery in progress and possible explosive device at a Bank of America branch,” reported  VICE News.

The suspect fled when police arrived, according to the report, but officers tracked him down entering the Razzle Dazzle barbershop in downtown Miami Beach.

The man armed himself with the straight edge razor, removed his shirt and exited the store, challenging the officers in the street.

A passerby captured the incident in a graphic video, which quickly went viral on Instagram

The 30-second clip shows the shirtless man wearing blue jeans surrounded by police officers with their weapons raised.

The man is seen raising the razor and momentarily putting his hand on the cruiser before one of the officers opens fire. The victim immediately falls to the ground, clutching his chest.
