Domestic Violence: Does This Look Like Love To Anyone Of You?

The ugly face of domestic violence was revealed in a very graphic way when a Tennessee woman posted photos of her battered face online.

Angela Brower, 37, said she recently broke up with her boyfriend of six months after he became verbally and physically abusive towards her.

According to Brower , on May 18, her boyfriend came over to retrieve his belongings. Instead, he attacked her, punching her in the face so hard that she was knocked out.

When Brower was released from the hospital, she took to Facebook to share photos of her severely battered face. “Does this look like LOVE TO ANYONE OF YOU?” she wrote.

Tennessee ranks as one of the worst states in the nation when it comes to domestic violence. On average, three women are killed in domestic violence incidents in the U.S. every day, according to the National Network To End Domestic Violence.
