Tamara Seibert, 25, entered the elevator with her dogs. She was alone. When the elevator doors closed, she failed to notice that her dog Vado’s leash got caught in the doors.

Then the elevator started going down and Vado got pulled violently. With the dog hanging at the top of the descending elevator she sprang into action and managed to release the dog, saving his life.

When the elevator finally stopped, a shaken Tamara can be seeing checking her arm. The dog appears to be okay as he runs out of the door.
