‘Duck Dynasty’ Star Willie Robertson said that he is ‘trying to figure out’ if people can choose to be gay, during a Dec. 15 interview with Larry King.

His remarks were in response to King’s question about the media buzz that followed after his father, Phil, argued that being gay is a sin in a 2013 GQ interview.

Phil Robertson made headlines when he opened up about the gay community.

“It seems like, to me, a vagina — as a man — would be more desirable than a man’s anus,” Phil Robertson told GQ at the time. “That’s just me.

“Some of the things he said in that interview, I didn’t agree with — and I’ve even said so,” Willie Robertson told Larry King.

As of whether or not he thought people can choose to be gay, Robertson answered, “Larry, I’m trying to figure that out right now, I really am.”

“I’m not the judge. God’s going to be the judge, so it’s not my job to convince people to change their lives … if I just introduce them to Jesus, He’ll do that,” he added.
