A man driving over a bridge in Taipei, Taiwan never imagined he would be just feet away from a plane crash.

His in-car video camera captured the dramatic moment when a plane turned sideways and clipped the overpass before plunging into a river below. The footage is unbelievable! At least 31 people were killed, reported MSN.

According to a recording thought to be the final message from the cockpit to the control tower, desperate crew shouted “Mayday! Mayday! Engine flameout!”

Aviation officials reported that 16 survivors had been pulled from the wreckage. 58 people were on board.
