When Karise Edson started singing during the premiere episode of Austalia’s The Voice, the judges were absolutely blown away by her amazing voice.

Karise was the final contestant of the night, and the audience appreciated they saved the best for last. When you hear her awesome rendition of “It’s a Man’s Man’s Man’s World” by James Brown we’re convinced you’ll be on your feet too, just like the judges!

Karise went on to become the winner of the first season and her career skyrocketed. After receiving a record contract, her first album hit the top of the Australian charts, selling over over million copies. Her latest album, “Things I’ve Done,” was released in October.
