According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, there is one death by suicide in the US every 13 minutes. It is the 10th leading cause of death in america; homicide ranks 16th. It is the second leading cause of death for 15 – 24 year olds.

In an effort to bring awareness, a couple of Youtubers filmed a “Suicide Experiment.” The objective was to learn how people react if they see someone determined to commit suicide. What unfolded next reveals the best side of humanity. The compassion shown is enough to bring anyone to tears.
