These Chimps Were Caged For 30 Years. When They're Released, I Just Lost It

After 30 years of being confined in a cage, these chimpanzees were finally able to walk into the wilderness. The moment they step outside is truly remarkable. The raw emotion displayed by these creatures is a rare sight.

Some of the chimps were born in captivity, but most were kidnapped form african jungles as babies, and flown to Europe so they could be used in laboratory experiments.

Thanks to the Austrian animal sanctuary, Gut Aiderbichl, these poor animals were finally rescued and released into this compassionate paradise for animals. The noticeable sheer joy and wonder on all these chimps’ faces really got to me.

We, at Tabooya, love to share stories of compassion like this one. How did you feel about it? Please share your thoughts in the comment section below!
