I’ve always been intrigued by wild animals. I find them to be fascinating, and sometimes they surprise me with their unusual behavior. This is one of those times.

Meet Todd, a 11-month-old fox who seems to think he’s a dog. And he is adorable.

Raised as a domestic pet, Todd not only believes he is a dog, he acts like one. Todd walks on a leash alongside other pups on trips to the park.

Keeping a fox on a leash might seem cruel, but due to his deafness, Todd must be kept on a leash at all times for his own protection.

The fox’s owner, 25-year-old Emma D’Sylva, recently posted a video to talk about the awesome creature.

Todd has never been in the wild, so he’s used to being dependent on humans and in their company. Emma adopted him at four months, after his previous humans were unable to keep him.

According to The Daily mail, there are no laws against owning a fox in England, where D’Sylva and todd live. However, those who keep animals like this are under legal obligation to meet their specific needs and great them well. It appears that Emma is doing just that with the lovable fox.

Emma says the transition was a little tough on him, saying he was “a bit crazy” at first, but the two have become close friends.
