Just like humans hate going to the dentist, animals hate going to the vet. But the way Max the cockatoo reacts to hearing that he has to go to the vet is evidence that he hates it more than any other pet.

While “Screaming” is a ‘normal’ form of communication for cockatoos, you’ll have to admit that Max’s ‘loud argument’ is hilarious and quite adorable.

If own a cockatoo and he is screaming too much, try adding more natural branches to his environment. Additionally, getting a larger cage with more toys and wood to chew on may be a possible solution.
