Everyone hates traffic jams. Being stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic causes more stress than most other day-to-day problems. Some drivers would do just about anything to avoid this, even if it means trying ridiculous –– and illegal –– stunts.
This Long Island man was caught Friday morning driving in an HOV lane with a fake passenger in his vehicle. He built the “passenger” dummy out of wood to make it look like a second person was in his car. After being caught red-handed, the driver, 56-year-old James Campbell, told the officer “he was driving to a new job and didn’t want to be late,” police said.
This man wanted to outsmart everyone, but was caught trying to pull a fast one on the road. Let this be a lesson that if you break the law, you will be caught –– eventually. Share if you agree!
