Think You’ve Got it Bad? This story will probably make you reconsider your perspective in life.
Meet 20-year-old Peter Foster, a young man with severe disabilities who took to the internet to promote a message of optimism.
Foster is only able to eat through a tube and has difficulty breathing because his pulmonary function is down to 35 percent. He cannot smell or taste, he says, and glaucoma has blinded his left eye. But despite all the challenges he faces every day, he keeps looking forward with a positive mind.
“I’m still loving life because it could always be worse,” he says.
In the video below, Foster describes the multitude health issues he has faced throughout his life, while showing an incredible strength in his ability to stay positive.
“I just want to say thank you for anybody who does support my channel. You guys are great. God bless you,” he concluded.
I was really touched by this young man’s strength. We don’t know if Foster will ever get better, or how long he will leave, but we hope this can serve a a lesson that ” it could always be worse.”
