After months of being away, this brave soldier returns home to his family. But no one is more excited to see dad than Harley, his German shepherd. Grab some tissues, because this amazing reunion will bring you to tears.

Watch as the dog can barely contain himself when he sees his soldier ‘daddy’ for the first time since the Staff Sergeant was deployed. As you can see, this adorable dog was beyond excited for his hero to come home. Who can blame him?

Dogs truly are man’s best friend. This is one of the best clips of a dog welcoming a soldier home I’ve seen, and it sure brought me to tears.
