When Japanese performer Kenichi Ebina stepped onto the stage of “America’s Got Talent” the judges and the 75,000 people in the audience didn’t seem that impressed. But as soon as he started his Matrix piece, they knew he was something special.
Ebina not only blew the audience and the judges away with unreal acrobatics, his mind-bending performance propelled him to take the top prize, becoming not only the first Japanese but also the first dancer to do so at the popular NBC show.
After this incredible number, Ebina went on to wow audiences with a video-game-like virtual reality performance, a face-off with himself, and other amazing concepts.
