Meet Pegasus, a gorgeous and melancholic Great Dane with a big, charming personality, and a story that will melt your heart.

When her rescuer, South African filmmaker Dave Meinert, took her home as a puppy, Pegasus had serious health problems. Meinert wasn’t sure how long the Great Dane would have. So, he decided to make this incredibly moving film, called The Pegasus Project, to document their time together. The result is the most heartwarming time-lapse video I’ve ever seen.
