Cops Find Two Cars In This Lake. When The Look Inside, OMG!


When police discovered two cars sitting at the bottom of Foss Lake in Elk City, Oklahoma, they thought they were stolen vehicles. But made a horrifying discovery.

On the evening of November 20th, 1970, three friends, Jimmy Allen Williams, 16, Leah Gail Johnson, 18, and Thomas Michael Rios, 18, were headed to a football game in William’s new Camaro. They were never seen again and no one knows what happened. Their disappearances remained a mystery for 40 years.

While training on Foss Lake, some Oklahoma these Oklahoma patrolmen were testing a new sonar technology when they found something 12 feet below the surface. When divers went in they discovered Two cars. They pulled them up to find Jimmy’s old Camaro, and a 1957 Chevy. They initially thought that the cars were stolen, but were shocked to find humans remains inside both vehicles. Three bodies inside Jimmy’s car, and three bodies inside the Chevy.

Police believe that the remains in the Chevy vehicle might belong to individuals who had gone missing in the late ’50s or early ’60s, although no definitive identifications have been made.

Investigators were contacted by Debbie McManaman, a native of Elk City, who recognized the vehicle as having belonged to her grandfather.

This case comes on the most upsetting closure, not only for Ms. McManaman, but also for the relatives of the three teens who set off for a night of fun so many years ago, to never return home.
