Worry about tomorrow? What will it look like? What will happen? So much of the human experience is about wondering and worrying about the future.
But the Bible has a few things to say about tomorrow that can help us put some of those worries aside. Whether or not you are a believer, these Bible passages can help you avoid being overly concerned about the future.
1) Matthew 6:34
“Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.”1.
2) Revelation 21:4
“And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.”
3) 1 Corinthians 2:9
“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”
4) James 1:2-4
“Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”
