Clara and her family didn’t have much during those difficult years. They only had a few ingredients at their disposal, so they had to get creative in order to keep themselves fed.

According to her website, Clara passed away in 2013. But she left this treasure for future generations who will remember her life by enjoying her wonderful history and cooking lesson.
