Here's How To Treat Your Black Spots With Awesome Home Remedies

Dark spots can look really ugly. They can lower our self-esteem and affect us emotionally, especially when makeup doesn’t help. It is only natural for people to look for perfection in beauty and dark spots are not on the agenda.

We can look at many factors responsible for their growth: vitamin deficiency, too much sun exposure, pregnancy, hormonal imbalances. Fortunately there are some home remedies that you can use to treat and remove dark spots for good. You only need some of the following natural ingredients:

1. Lemon Juice Has whitening properties due to Vitamin C.

Squeeze one lemon and dip some cotton balls in the juice. Apply the cotton balls on your black spots and let them soak. Just rinse with water after a while and do this 14 days in a row. After 2 weeks there should be results. If your skin is sensitive, dilute the lemon juice with honey or rosewater.

2. Oats Oatmeal powder can exfoliate your skin.

Mix 4 tablespoons of lemon juice with half a cup oats until you get a paste. You have to scrub the paste gently on the black spots once or twice a week. Rinse with water after scrubbing.

3. Potatoes Rich in antioxidants.

Slice the potatoes or apply them directly on your black spots. After 30 minutes the skin will absorb the antioxidants. You can also grate them and mix with honey. Apply the mixture twice a week and wait for the results.

4. Buttermilk The lactic acid reduces skin pigmentation without causing blemishes.

Take 2 teaspoons of fresh tomato juice and mix it with 4 teaspoons of buttermilk. Apply this mixture to your face and leave it for 15 minutes. After it has soaked just rinse your face with water. You need to do this 5 days a week until you see results. Use a mixture of milk and honey if you don’t have buttermilk and apply for 10 minutes on a daily basis.

5. Almonds Make an almond milk.

To make the almond milk you have to soak some almonds in water overnight. In the morning you have to peel the almonds and grind them in a blender with some water. Add half a teaspoon honey and 1 teaspoon sandalwood powder and apply the milk to your face. Leave it to soak for 30 minutes and do this from time to time.
