Mom With Multiple Sclerosis Shocked By What She Delivers In The Bathroom

It all started on a sunny morning of June of 2000. Nineteen-year-old Claire Evans woke up feeling numbed, unable to move her arms. She immediately called her mother and told her she wasn’t well. But her mother never suspected Claire was suffering from a terrifying illness.

After going to the doctor she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS). While there’s no cure for this condition, doctors put Claire on a strict regime of medications to help lessen her MS symptoms.

A few months later, her MS went into remission and Claire returned to work. But the fear that another MS attack could strike at any moment never left her. Then she met a co-worker named Paul. The two fell in love and four years later she gave birth to a healthy baby boy.

Things were going well for Claire. But in March 2005, her fears became a reality when she had a relapse and the right side of her body was paralyzed. She was prescribed steroids and bed rest. During this time, she gained 7 to 10 pounds, which she attributed to her medications and extra rest. Her menstrual cycle remained regular.

This is where the story takes a shocking turn. One night, Claire woke up in the middle of the night with severe cramps and bleeding. “I feel like I’m in labor!” she screamed while sitting on the toilet. Paul ran into the bathroom and was stunned when Claire gave birth to a baby girl!

The couple had no idea she was pregnant! But that wasn’t the craziest part. They were in for another shock!
