In the video below, from Discovery’s Untold Stories of the E.R., Dr. Brian Snyder heroically delivered the newborn baby girl in the front seat of a truck.

Dr. Snyder, an emergency surgeon, walked outside his hospital to discover a bleeding, pregnant woman, Andrea, sitting inside her truck, surrounded by her panicked husband and concerned bystanders.

The mother-to-be was going into labor right then and there. There was no time to waste. After a tense and frightening moment and a big push, Andrea delivered a healthy baby girl. The crowd cheered as the baby cried. Dr. Snyder wrapped the baby in a towel and placed her on Mom’s chest. Then, there was Dad…

“I thought he was going to pass out from seeing all the blood, Dr. Snyder said. “But instead, he looked right into Andrea’s eyes and said, ‘Hun, this is our new car! Our interior was special ordered! You couldn’t have waited 15 minutes?!’” Unbelievable!

This was all Andrea needed to hear before punching him straight in the face.

Now, Dr. Snyder had three people who needed immediate medical attention: Andrea, who just delivered a baby; her daughter, who needed a warmer; and her husband, who was knocked-out on the ground.
