An elderly man, who’s Lived in the same Osceola County home for decades, came home one day to find his driveway blocked off by cement bricks. It was as if the cinder blocks appeared out of thin air! Then he learned the unthinkable!
It turns out, his new neighbor was building a home in the vacant lot next door to his house and claimed ‘half of the driveway was his property.’ So he decided to section it off by cementing the blocks into the pavement! What a bully!
79-year-old Oliver Lynch told Channel 9 News: “I have a little fight left in me, and I hate to see somebody bulldoze over me,” he told Channel 9.
But just as he was preparing to call a lawyer to settle the matter, his neighbor agreed to remove the cement blocks from the driveway. Lynch said his neighbor told him he “meant no ill will.”
“I’m glad they were able to settle this like adults,” he told the station.
