There’s nothing like a good quiz to give your mind a mental workout. It’s is a great way to strengthen it and even reduce the risk of developing conditions like dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. While this quiz is extremely challenging, it’s also a lot of fun.

Take a look at the image below. You’ll probably have trouble believing just what your eyes are seeing, but that’s just what it was meant to do as an optical illusion.

The challenge is to search for black dots in the image, counting how many you can find. You won’t be able to see them all at once, so count what you’re able to see.
