Reincarnation is very hard to belief. How can someone have been someone else in a past life? Seems a little strange to think about.

This is a story about Ryan Hammons, who at the age of five started having bad dreams and woke up screaming. His mother, Cyndi, was very concerned and asked the young boy what was wrong.

Ryan didn’t want to tell his mom what he was going through, but one night he confessed to his mother. “Mom, I have to tell you something,” he said. “I used to be somebody else.”

Of course Cyndi didn’t know exactly what he meant by that, but he went on to say that he was the reincarnation of someone else. This brought the mother into shock, she couldn’t believe what her son was telling her. He told her things about his past life like: He had two sisters, he was a hollywood agent, was married five times, and traveled the world.

Growing up as a Baptist Christian, Cyndi did not believe in reincarnation, and so she decided to keep Ryan’s past life a secret. No one else knew about it, not even Ryan’s dad.

One day, the boy and his mother were looking through an old hollywood book when suddenly Ryan pointed out a man. It was an extra from an old Mae West Film. He said that that was the man he used to be.

The man in the photo was later identified as Marty Martyn. And shockingly enough the man had two sisters, was a hollywood agent, was married five times, and had travelled the world.

Ryan’s mom was shocked to find out. But even more bizarre, the young boy knew a lot more about the man’s past than just those four things. In fact, Ryan seemed to know 55 specific facts about Marty Martyn.
