A man in Australia rescued his dog from the clutches of a kangaroo by punching the kangaroo on the snout. But it’s the kangaroo’s shocked reaction that makes the video so unforgettable.

The man is a zookeeper by profession and now the zoo where he works is reviewing the situation to see if any appropriate action needs to be taken.

Those who know how dangerous kangaroos can be are hailing the man a hero for protecting his dog the way he did —the kangaroo had the dog in a headlock. But others think he was unnecessarily cruel to the kangaroo.
